1. Introduction, Definitions, and Platform Services
Welcome to our application. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app and website (collectively, the "Platform").
Definitions: "Business Users" refers to local business owners who utilize the Platform to post work ads. "jobseekers" refers to individuals who utilize the Platform to view ads and place bids. Collectively, they are referred to as "Users."
We provide an online introductory platform that connects U.S. Business Users with prospective jobseekers.
The Platform allows profile creation, work advertisements ("ads"), bidding functionality, and in-app messaging.
Our service ends once a Business User selects a bid. Upon bid selection, the job advertisement is removed from the Platform.
2. Free Access and Service Modifications
The Platform is currently provided to Users completely free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce fees, subscriptions, or paid advertisement options at any time in the future. Any future change to our fee structure will be communicated to Users prior to implementation.
An advertisement remains active on the Platform for up to 10 days unless manually closed or removed early exclusively by the posting Business User. Jobseekers have no administrative control, modification, or removal rights over any posted advertisements.
3. Eligibility and User Role Constraints
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the United States. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Businesses must operate legally within the United States.
Business User Rights: Business Users may create business profiles, post work ads, review submitted bids, and initiate or respond to in-app messaging threads.
jobseeker Rights: Jobseekers are strictly permitted to browse active work ads, place a single bid on an ad, and engage in a messaging conversation only if a Business User chooses to respond to their bid. Jobseekers cannot post advertisements or initiate unsolicited messages outside of an active bid response.
4. Absolute Disclaimer of Guarantees
We offer absolutely no guarantee of finding a jobseekers or finding work.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, honesty, completeness, or reliability of any user profiles, ads, or submitted bids.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timelines, or legality of any work performed.
No Obligation to Respond: We explicitly do not guarantee that Business Users will respond to submitted bids or messages, nor that jobseekers will respond to business inquiries. All communication and engagement is entirely optional, voluntary, and at the sole discretion of the individual Users.
5. Mandatory User Due Diligence
Users bear sole responsibility for conducting their own background checks, reference checks, and identity verification.
We do not verify the identity of, qualify, vet, interview, test, or screen any user on the platform.
Business owners must use traditional, offline methods to completely vet, identify, background check, and legally contract jobseekers.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not a party to any agreement, contract, hiring decision, or relationship formed between users.
We are not an employer, employment agency, labor contractor, joint employer, or recruiter. We are completely exempt from any employment-related legal claims, wage disputes, tax obligations, or labor law violations.
We assume zero liability for disputes, theft, property damage, contractual breaches, unpaid wages, personal injury, or physical harm resulting from user connections made through the app.
Communication, messaging, and "ghosting" (failing to reply) are outside of our platform control. We assume zero liability for unreturned messages or ignored bids.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this free service is strictly capped at $0.00.
7. User Conduct and Messaging Rules
In-app messaging must remain professional, respectful, and lawful. Users may not spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
Users may not scrape, crawl, or extract data from our application.
Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, business credentials, or experience will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts, restrict access, or remove active advertisements at any time without prior warning, notice, or explanation for any behavior we deem harmful to the platform community.
9. Administrative Review Procedure
Notice Requirement: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, you agree that you must first notify our support team in writing at our designated support email address before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Content of Notice: Your written notice must clearly state your full name, account email address, a detailed description of the nature of the problem, and the specific resolution or remedy you are seeking.
Good Faith Review Period: Upon receiving your notice, our support team will review your complaint in good faith. You explicitly agree to allow us a period of thirty (30) business days from the date of our receipt of your notice to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Condition Precedent: Completing this informal dispute process is a mandatory condition precedent. You are strictly prohibited from filing any legal action, lawsuit, or arbitration claim against us until this 30-day review period has fully expired without a resolution.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Users explicitly waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
